Deposit & Policy
information

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
*DESIGNS ARE NOT SHARED OR PREVIEWED PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT DATE.

● All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

● Any client arriving more than 30 minutes late for the appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW hence your appointment will be automatically cancelled. You will need to place another deposit for your appointment.

● We require a deposit for each session to secure your appointment with the artist. The deposit is included in the total cost, and the difference is to be paid on each session

● If you need to change your appointment date due to unforeseen circumstances, you may change the date given a minimum of 1 week notice. For any reschedule requests within 7 days of your appointment date, you will need to place another deposit and the previous one is void.

● You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times. for any appointment changes thereafter, you will need to place another deposit (full amount) to reschedule your booking. For any additional appointment changes the artist has full right to refuse service to anyone.

● It’s the clients responsiblity to know their appointment date & time. If you are unsure, please save your deposit contract, or ask via email and we can provide your appointment details

  • Seoul Ink Tattoo ("we," "us," or "the Studio") values your privacy. Before you opt in to receive marketing communications, please review how we collect and use your personal information for this purpose. This consent is optional and separate from the essential communications required to deliver your booked services.

      • Name, email address, mobile phone number, and social media handle (where applicable).

    • Purpose of Use

      • To send you promotional and marketing information, including: • News about our resident and guest artists

        • Limited-edition and flash designs

        • Events and promotions

        • Early access to new products (including our aftercare line) • Touch-up and returning-client benefits

    • Delivery Channels

      • Email, text message (SMS/MMS), KakaoTalk, and social media direct messages (DM).

    • Retention and Use Period

      • We retain and use your information for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent or the marketing purpose is fulfilled. Upon withdrawal, your information will be deleted without undue delay, unless we are required to retain it under applicable law.

    • Your Right to Refuse

      • Withdrawing Your Consent

      • Upon withdrawal, we will stop sending marketing communications without delay.
