● All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

● Any client arriving more than 30 minutes late for the appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW hence your appointment will be automatically cancelled. You will need to place another deposit for your appointment.

● We require a deposit for each session to secure your appointment with the artist. The deposit is included in the total cost, and the difference is to be paid on each session

● If you need to change your appointment date due to unforeseen circumstances, you may change the date given a minimum of 1 week notice. For any reschedule requests within 7 days of your appointment date, you will need to place another deposit and the previous one is void.

● You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times. for any appointment changes thereafter, you will need to place another deposit (full amount) to reschedule your booking. For any additional appointment changes the artist has full right to refuse service to anyone.

● It’s the clients responsiblity to know their appointment date & time. If you are unsure, please save your deposit contract, or ask via email and we can provide your appointment details
