Seoul Ink Tattoo resident artists JinQ, Hellbell, and Horimaroo represented the studio at the first annual Ink Art Nation Tattoo Convention, held May 29–31, 2026 in Quy Nhon, Vietnam.
Seoul Ink at the Convention
For JinQ, Hellbell, and Horimaroo, the trip was more than a competition. Quy Nhon sits outside the usual convention circuit — a part of Vietnam most of the attending artists hadn't visited before, which gave the event a different energy from the start.
The team had the opportunity to work on clients during the convention, connect with artists from Vietnam and internationally, and take part in the community that Ink Art Nation was built to create. Among those they met were Mike Dorsey, an American artist specializing in Japanese tattooing, and Ichibay, a Japanese artist known for his approach to traditional and contemporary Japanese styles.
JinQ also brought home an award — adding to Seoul Ink's international competition record.
About Ink Art Nation
The convention was organized by Nick Tran, a Vietnam-based tattoo artist with longstanding ties to the Seoul Ink team. The 1st Edition was designed to elevate the Vietnamese tattoo community onto the international stage — a goal reflected in the caliber of artists invited to attend.

Yes. All three artists are available for consultations and bookings at Seoul Ink Tattoo. Consultations are free — submit your concept via email at info@seoulinktattoo.com. Walk-ins are also welcome daily from 10:00 to 20:00, subject to availability.
